The Nutcracker! For the 21st day of advent activities we went and saw the Nutcracker. We had a bit of a whoopsie here. When I looked it up on line, I thought it was going to be a professional version of the nutcracker as it says at the top of the flyer and on the webpage, "Hawaii State Ballet." But if you read the whole paragraph it is actually "Hawaii State Ballet Juniors."
So we ended up going to a younger production at a high school on a very small stage with parent volunteers running everything. Although not exactly what we expected, it was very cute.
We'll try to get to a professional version next year.
