4th of July Popsicle Fail

I decided to try and make red, white, and blue rocket pops while Brenden was out of town.  We used to make popsicles ALL THE TIME when I was little, they really come in handy during the 110 degree summers. Because of all my expertise,  I thought this would be a cake walk.

Here's what happened:

They came out of the freezer and looked great!

 Then I pulled....

 I got another and ran it under warm water...

 FAIL

Where did I go wrong?!?!

I think the Jello was the culprit.

I'm going to try again and follow the recipe that came with the molds.
