We went to the Byodo-In Temple in Kaneohe this weekend. Our intention was to find the hiking path that is somewhere near the Valley of the Temples, but we didn't know where it was! Then, we got attacked by mosquitoes! The horror!
Anyway, Byodo-In Temple is a small replica of the actual Byodo-In Temple somewhere in Japan. It is $3 to get in and there are wild swans and peacocks roaming the land. We weren't lucky enough to see any wild peacocks, only hideous swans. There is also a lot of koi fish. A LOT.
